Restaurant Association Installs Dodson as Chair

OKLAHOMA CITY (JR) -- Charles Dodson, of Dodson's Cafeteria in Oklahoma City, has been installed as chairman of the Oklahoma Restaurant Association.

Joe Prichard, of Pete's Place in Krebs, is the new first vice chairman and Greg McGill, of BMW Restaurant Group of Tulsa, is second vice president.

Also serving on the board will be Bill Biard, of Hammett House Restaurant in Claremore, who is immediate past chairman, and Jim Sellers, of The Catering Co. in Edmond, as the ORA delegate to the National Restaurant Association. The group has 37 additional directors on its board representing the state and various aspects of the food service industry. Keith Foods, Oklahoma City; Paul Seikel, Mid-South Restaurants, Oklahoma City; Tom Trimpa, Fishermen's Cove Restaurant, Lawton; and Lauren Van Allen, American Express, Tulsa.
