Hertz leased 25,250 square feet in the OKC Market Square at 8400 Northwest Expressway. Chris Malherbe represented the landlord, Bourdeaux Investments.

Cicada Data leased 5,500 square feet at 2123 N. Classen Blvd. Katie Riesen and Paul Wehba represented the landlord and Jim Frankenfield of Ainsworth Frankenfield represented the tenant. IKON Office Solutions/Data Image Systems leased 3,894 square feet at Corporate Tower, 101 N. Robinson Ave. Riesen and Wehba represented the landlord, The MONY Group. IKON also renewed their lease of 11,106 square feet at the Quadrum, 226 Quadrum Drive. Larry and David Lide represented the property owner. Spectera leased 1,816 square feet at Three Corporate Plaza, 3613 NW 56th St. Riesen and Wehba represented the tenant and Tom Lange of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord. Local Oklahoma Bank leased 25,800 square feet at Shepherd Mall. Wehba, Riesen and Mark Beffort represented the landlord, Shepherd Mall Partners. Back in Action leased 3,299 square feet at Meridian Medical Tower. Beffort represented the landlord. Other Mothers leased 3,120 square feet at Centre 8400 located at SW 84th Street and Western Avenue.
