Spy case lawyer reviewing thousands of files

HALIFAX -- The lawyer for a Canadian navy intelligence officer accused of spying says he has to wade through thousands of documents -- many of them blacked out -- before determining how to proceed with the unusual case. Mike Taylor, who is representing Sub-Lt. Jeffrey Paul Delisle, said outside court Wednesday that much of the information he has received so far has been redacted because of security concerns. New Brunswick man killed in forklift accident

CHARLO, N.B. -- A young man working at a welding company in northern New Brunswick has died after a forklift fell on him Tuesday. WorkSafeNB spokeswoman Beverly Stears says 19-year-old Herve Bernard was working at Design Built Mechanical Inc. in Charlo when the accident happened shortly before 8:30 a.m. Moved Atlantic.
