Marine forecasts for Pacific waters issued by Environment Canada at 4:00 p.m. PDT Monday 25 March 2013 for tonight and Tuesday. The next scheduled forecasts will be issued at 9:30 p.m.

Fog implies visibility less than 1 mile:

Strait of Georgia: Wind light.

Howe Sound: Wind southerly inflow 10 to 20 knots diminishing to light early this evening then becoming northerly outflow 15 late this evening. Wind diminishing to light late Tuesday morning then becoming southerly inflow 10 to 15 near noon Tuesday. Wind diminishing to light Tuesday evening.

Haro Strait: Wind light.

Juan de Fuca Strait: Wind east 10 to 15 knots diminishing to light early this evening.

Johnstone Strait: Wind southeast 10 to 20 knots diminishing to light early this evening.

Queen Charlotte Strait: Strong wind warning in effect. Wind southeast 20 knots diminishing to southeast 10 to 15 early this evening and to light late Tuesday morning. A few showers beginning late this evening and ending near noon Tuesday.

West Coast Vancouver Island North: Wind southeast 20 to 30 knots diminishing to southeast 10 to 20 early Tuesday morning and to light Tuesday evening. A few showers ending Tuesday evening.

West Coast Vancouver Island South: Wind southeast 15 to 25 knots becoming southeast 15 early this evening then diminishing to light late Tuesday morning. Chance of showers tonight and Tuesday morning.

Queen Charlotte Sound - eastern half: Wind southeast 25 knots diminishing to southeast 15 near midnight and to light late Tuesday morning. Wind becoming north 15 Tuesday evening. Rain ending Tuesday afternoon.

Queen Charlotte Sound - western half: Wind southeast 15 knots increasing to northerly 20 to 30 after midnight. Rain ending Tuesday afternoon.

Central Coast from McInnes Island to Pine Island: Wind southeast 15 to 25 knots diminishing to southeast 10 to 15 early this evening and to light early Tuesday morning. …
