OHL Roundup: Generals shutout 67's offence

OSHAWA, Ont. - Ken Appleby made 31 saves for his second shutout of the season as the Oshawa Generals beat the Ottawa 67's 3-0 on Friday night in Ontario Hockey League action.

Bradley Latour scored twice for Oshawa (3-0-1), while Josh Sterk rounded out the Generals scoring.

Liam Herbst stopped 25-of-27 shots in goal for Ottawa (0-2-0).

Both teams failed to score on four power-play opportunities.

KINGSTON, Ont. -- Niki Petti scored two of Belleville's four second-period goals as the Bulls beat the Frontenacs 4-2.

Alex Yuill and Justin Lemcke also scored for Belleville (3-1-0).

Corey Pawley and Samuel Schutt supplied the offence for Kingston (2-1-0).

SARNIA, Ont. -- Roy Radke and Josh Carrick scored second-period goals as Barrie downed the Sting.

Brendan Lemieux and Joseph Blandisi rounded out the attack for the Colts (2-1-1).
