Whale-watching ship refloated after sinking

RICHMOND -- The Leviathan II whale-watching boat has been refloated and towed to a secure location days after it flipped in the water, sending five people to their deaths. The Transportation Safety Board says the vessel will be monitored by the RCMP and a another team of experts will be mobilized to plan detailed vessel testing in the coming days. Will be writethru.
