TAIPEI, Taiwan -- A charity bazaar is going to be held on Saturday, April 16 at the Dominican International School to help underprivileged children, according to a press release from the school.

Started by Campus Ministry President Hoong Chia-cheng, the activity "Warm the Childhood" is held by the Dominican International School to help children in need with necessities and care through donations. The school says the activity was founded to remind its students of the need to cherish what they have and to share it with others who are less fortunate.

The school hopes to remind its students of the many children worldwide who have little hope for the future. An increasing number of children aged from 6 months to 12 years old are either being abandoned or disabled.

Since 1971, the Cathwel Service has set up a reliable halfway home for unwedded mothers and children in need. …
