TAIPEI, Taiwan -- Drug dealers are becoming more creative in their methods for luring the younger crowd to buy illicit drugs, police said recently.

Some have started putting logos of the U.S. NBA and album covers of entertainment groups on drug-laced coffee packets.

Drug dealers have also gone further and started offering promotions such as free gifts for buying a certain amount of drugs, according to police.

In Taichung, during a routine inspection for parking violations, a police officer questioned a man surnamed [...]^after smelling ketamine on him, United Daily News reported.
