Teen gets conditional discharge for sex assault

EDMONTON -- A boy who grabbed the breasts and buttocks of a girl in an Edmonton area high school hallway and tried to kiss her has been given a six-month conditional discharge.Youth court Judge Danielle Dalton sentenced the boy, now 16, on Thursday, and if he meets the conditions, his sexual assault conviction will be erased after one year. 220 words.
