REGINA - Lexie Adzija had two goals and an assist as Ontario Red remained undefeated with a 5-3 victory over Saskatchewan on Friday at the Canadian under-18 women's hockey championship.

Jessica Digirolamo, Sarah Fillier and Daryl Watts, into an empty net, also scored for Ontario Red (3-0-0).

Jordyn Holmes struck twice for Saskatchewan (1-2-0) with Nara Elia adding the other.

Loryn Porter made 23 saves for her second win of the tournament while Chantal Burke turned aside 43 shots in defeat.

Ontario Blue (2-1-0) picked up its second win of the tournament after Helen Markovic scored on a penalty shot with 19 second left in the third period to beat Team Atlantic 2-1.

Sierra Burt also scored for Ontario Blue and Tristyn Elford made 25 saves for the win in net. …
