WINKLER, Manitoba. x-12s. A Manitoba woman is reaching out to the provincial ombudsman, her M-L-A, the minister of justice, lawyers and a private collection agency to track down money owed her in a sexual harrassment settlement. Traci Nickel Emslie was awarded 36-thousand dollars almost two years ago after months of harassment by her boss at a business in Winkler. Isha (EYE'-shuh) Khan, executive director of the Manitoba Human Rights Commission, says the organization has done everything it can to help, but Emslie is now on her own.
