Vancouver police say they've busted a crime ring responsible for stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of baby food and shipping it overseas for resale in China. A 46-year-old man is accused of running a fencing operation, which involves buying stolen goods from others and reselling them for a profit. TAG: Retailers have seen a significant spike in baby formula being stolen from their outlets since the beginning of the year. Police say the man accused in this month's seizure is likely linked to nearly three quarters of those thefts.
