HALIFAX. x-15s. Nova Scotia Premier Stephen McNeil says he will apologize today to Mi'kmaq chiefs after a government legal brief implied members of a First Nation band were a conquered people. McNeil says he didn't see the brief before it was presented in court. He says he feels frustrated at how things turned out and he will convey that to the chiefs during a meeting today.
