VANCOUVER. x-17s. A study that looked at thousands of research papers says not enough is known about how bitumen behaves in the ocean to be able to assess the risk of shipping it. Simon Fraser University researcher Wendy Palen says her paper raises questions about yesterday's approval of the Kinder Morgan oilsands pipeline between Alberta and B-C.
