OTTAWA - Every year before federal, provincial and territorial finance ministers meet, Ottawa releases details of how much money it plans to dole out in the coming fiscal year. Here is a breakdown of the spending figures the federal Finance Department released Sunday.

Canada Health Transfer

Newfoundland and Labrador: $539 million

Prince Edward Island: $152 million

Nova Scotia: $967 million

New Brunswick: $768 million

Quebec: $8.49 billion

Ontario: $14.3 billion

Manitoba: $1.35 billion

Saskatchewan: $1.18 billion

Alberta: $4.38 billion

British Columbia: $4.86 billion

Yukon: $38 million

Northwest Territories: $45 million

Nunavut: $38 million

Total: $37.15 billion

Canada Social Transfer
