REVELSTOKE, B-C. x-14s. The man who survived the Mindbender roller-coaster crash at West Edmonton Mall 30 years ago says he's still bothered that there's no memorial there to honour the three people who died. Rod Chayko of Revelstoke, B-C says he has been asking the mall for years to put a memorial bench near the ride to honour David Sager, Tony Mandrusiak and Cindy Sims.
