Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister is considering changes to political fundraising rules, and one analyst says the changes would make things harder for the opposition parties. In a year-end interview with The Canadian Press, Pallister says he is considering raising the three-thousand dollar cap on how much money Manitobans can give to a party each year.
