The actress had been hospitalized since Friday when she had what some sources reported as a heart attack on board a flight to Los Angeles. Fisher originally found fame as Princess Leia in the "Star Wars" movies. She went on to critical acclaim as the author of several bestselling books that detailed her experiences with addiction and mental illness. In a 2008 interview, Fisher said she'd proven to herself and to the world that she was a survivor. ("..get beat up.") (SOURCE:The Associated Press)
