REGINA. x-16s. New laws kick in January 1st to crack down on drunk drivers in Saskatchewan. The changes include a three-day vehicle seizure for drivers who are caught for the first time with a blood alcohol content between point-zero-four and point-zero-eight. Allan Kerpan, whose 25-year-old daughter, Danille, was killed by a drunk driver in 2014, says that could be game-changing.
