Jose Mourinho wants to break personal ground and be at United for more than three years.

But he knows he'll have to deliver silverware for the Reds to want him to stay.

The United boss signed a deal at Old Trafford until 2019 when he became Louis van Gaal's successor in the summer.

In 16 years as a manager Mourinho has never stayed anywhere beyond three years. But Old Trafford could be the job to see him put down roots.
