BANFF, Alberta. x-19s. A five-year study by Parks Canada and Canadian Pacific Railway says that grain spillage along the tracks through Banff National Park may not be as big a problem for grizzly bears as previously thought. University of Alberta biologist Colleen Cassidy St. Clair says there are lots of other food sources along the line that bears like.

TAG: Parks Canada and C-P says they will focus on managing vegetation to improve sight lines for bears, give them better escape routes and create other places where they can find good grazing.
