NAT125 - (Wolski-Fatality-Report) EDMONTON. x-17s. A report suggests policy failures by the Alberta government were a factor in the death of a mental health worker by a client who had a long history of unpredictable, violent behaviour. Valerie Wolski was alone with Terrence Saddleback in 2011 when she was strangled in a Camrose care home. Alberta Premier Rachel Notley says the province has improved safety standards since Wolski's death.
