The handlers of Pennsylvania's most famous groundhog, Punxsutawney (PUNK'-sah-TAW'-nee) Phil, say the furry rodent has predicted six more weeks of winter after seeing his shadow this morning. The Punxsutawney Groundhog Club reveals Phil's forecast every February 2nd based on a legend that says if a furry rodent casts a shadow, winter continues. If not, spring comes early.
