MEDICINE HAT, Alberta. x-08s. The question of whether Alberta's two right-of-centre political parties should merge dominated the final debate among the three candidates for the provincial Tory leadership. Jason Kenney, Richard Starke and Byron Nelson were in Medicine Hat last night, where Kenney said he can think of a good reason for the two parties to merge.
