NAT087 - (Police-Shooting-Inquiry) ST. JOHN'S, N.L. x-12s. Two paramedics say R-C-M-P photos of the scene where a man was shot dead by a Newfoundland police officer in 2015 don't match what they recall seeing. They told an inquiry into the death of Don Dunphy that a plastic blue tub in the photos wasn't there, and his left hand was in a different place. Paramedic Kevin Bishop was asked if he thought police tampered with the scene. ("..I recall.") (SOURCE:The Canadian Press)

TAG: Joe Smyth (SMYTHE) of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary says he shot Dunphy in self-defence when he aimed a rifle at him. Dunphy's daughter says she does not believe him.
