NAT108 - (Bus-Beheading) WINNIPEG. x-12s. A man who was found not criminally responsible for beheading and cannibalizing a fellow passenger on a Greyhound bus has been granted complete freedom. Will Baker, formerly known as Vince Li (LEE'), will no longer be monitored or subject to conditions to ensure he takes his medication for schizophrenia. Chris Summerville, of the Manitoba Schizophrenia Society, says Baker knows he must keep taking his medication. ("..wants to do that.") (SOURCE:The Canadian Press)

TAG: Baker was initially kept in a psychiatric hospital following the 2008 killing of Tim McLean. He has gained more freedom and privileges every year, and recently started living on his own. The Criminal Code Review Board has now given him an absolute discharge.
