WINNIPEG. x-15s. Police have charged a 22-year-old man with second-degree murder in the stabbing death of a Winnipeg Transit driver. The charge comes after Irvine Jubal Fraser died in hospital from injuries he suffered at the end of his run at the University of Manitoba early yesterday morning. Police say the 58-year-old driver got into a confrontation after telling a lone passenger to get off the bus. Constable Jason Michalyshen (mih-kuh-LIH'-shen), a police spokesman, says investigators believe Fraser was stabbed with a knife.
