HALIFAX. x-19s. Nova Scotia teachers say problems ranging from school violence to student neglect will get worse if the government pushes through a bill that imposes a collective agreement on them. High school science teacher Timothy MacLeod told a legislative committee he's worried that without changes to the classroom conditions, he won't have the time to detect mental health issues that can lead to student suicides.
