B-C Finance Minister Mike de Jong has had his old shoes repaired, as a sign that he is still holding the line on expenses, while he prepares to bring down the B-C budget tomorrow. De Jong visited a shoe repair shop in Victoria to see the work completed on his black, leather Boston loafers. De Jong says tomorrow's budget is aimed at helping all British Columbians.
