EDMONTON. x-17s. A judge says unregulated extreme driving stunts such as the one that led to the death of an Edmonton university student should be banned. Recommendations in a fatality inquiry report on the May 2013 death of Melinda Green calls for safety rules for such events. Mira (MYE'-rah) Green, Melinda's mother, says her daughter might be alive today if the event had taken safety precautions.
