VICTORIA. x-09s. Andrew Cumming, a hemophiliac who contracted Hepatitis C and H-I-V from tainted blood, was at British Columbia's legislature supporting for calls to ban paid blood product clinics from arriving in the province. Cumming joined the Opposition New Democrats and a coalition of health groups who arrived at the legislature with a petition calling for a ban signed by more than six thousand people, saying Canadians don't realize there are no restrictions.
