NAT099 - (Alta-PC-Leadership) CALGARY. x-13s. The president of the Alberta Progressive Conservative Association says she has no intention of stepping down after Jason Kenney won the leadership. Kenney wants to try and merge the P-C's with the Wildrose which was a sore point with some members during the campaign. But Katherine O'Neill says she's not going anywhere. ("..forward to it.") Former federal Conservative cabinet minister Jason Kenney, who wants to merge with the opposition Wildrose Party to avoid future vote splitting, won with three-quarters of the vote.
