WINNIPEG. x-08s. Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister says people will have to wait until next week's budget to find out whether tax credits for post-secondary students and film and television productions will be maintained. The Opposition New Democrats say they are concerned the government will cut tax measures that help people such as post-secondary graduates. Pallister says he won't comment on specifics, but all programs are being reviewed.
