Mata Looks for Home Comforts in Race for Top Four Finish

JUAN Mata has pinpointed United's home form as the key to claiming a top-four place.

The Spaniard has been ruled out for the remainder of the season and saw some of his frustration eased by the Reds' comfortable win at Sunderland.

But, ahead of Sunday's clash with leaders Chelsea, he says they must break their draw habit at Old Trafford to secure a Champions League spot.

"We will fight until the end to be in the top four, and in order to do so we need mainly to get better at Old Trafford, at home," Mata wrote in his blog.

"We have an opportunity the next weekend against the leaders Chelsea. It's one of those games that everybody wants to play."

Mata is out of action following groin surgery and added: "When you're injured you feel like time goes by very slow, that's the truth, and my week seemed longer than usual but luckily it ended with a nice feeling: watching the team's convincing victory against Sunderland. …
