TAIPEI, Taiwan -- In a world where standard answers are expected and society attempts to fit individuals into the same box, art offers a welcome reprieve. The fun thing about art is that you get to express what you wish to express and the audience sees what they hope to see.

With art, not everything needs to be defined clearly. This ambiguity, with many meanings waiting to be teased out from the same piece of art, is what makes art so intriguing. Art may seem to be an ineffective way of communication, but in a sense, it is not so much about communicating as it is about creating. What matters most is the idea at the core.
