MANCHESTER'S street food heroes GRUB Food Fair are gearing up for another vegan edition of their weekly event hidden in Alphabet Brewery's railway arches.

Their last EXTRAVEGANZA event proved to be wildly popular, hence the return of the animal-friendly food festival on Saturday with even more outrageous beers, street food and desserts than before.

Among the line-up of traders heading to 99 North Western Street will be Wholesome Junkies - the comfort food purveyor famous for the KFC Burger, made with Kentucky fried cauliflower, Louisiana BBQ nachos and smokey mac'n'cheese BBQ pulled jackfruit.

Club Mexicana will be travelling up from London to peddle their vegan wares, while Manchester locals Fat Annie's will be selling pimped up hot dogs, and Wallace and Sons will serve a vegan version of their famous bao and gyoza. …
