VANCOUVER. x-11s. Housing advocates are making affordability a key issue in the B-C election campaign. The B-C Rental Housing Coalition has released a plan calling for significant long-term development of affordable rental housing across the province. Kishone (KEE'-shon) Roy, with the B-C Non-Profit Housing Association, says densification in cities and near transit lines is needed to improve affordability and reduce homelessness.
