TAIPEI, Taiwan -- President Tsai Ing-wen's "Forward-looking Infrastructure Development Plan" ([...]) is projected to provide tens of thousands of job opportunities, creating NT$700 billion of gross output value, the Minister of Transportation and Communications Ho Chen-tan said on Monday.

Legislators attended the fourth public hearing on the development plan on Monday, focusing on the plan's transportation division which has the highest budget of all.
