NAT048 - (EU-Turkey-Referendum) ISTANBUL. x-18s. In the last day before Turkey's crucial referendum on whether to expand the president's power, both "yes" and "no" campaigners are addressing flag-waving supporters in Istanbul and Ankara. Supporters say the constitutional changes will bring a period of stability and prosperity. Critics warn the reforms could lead to a system of autocratic one-man rule. TAG: Opinion polls indicate a tight race tomorrow, with fierce campaigning taking place right up to a 6 p-m local time ban.
