Yaya Urged to Play in One More World Cup by Kolo

YAYA Toure has been urged by his brother Kolo to come out of international retirement and play in one more World Cup.

The City midfielder - who turns 34 next month - announced he was quitting the Ivory Coast in September.

On the same day, Pep Guardiola revealed Toure had been banned from playing for the Blues until the club and players received an apology following comments made by the player's agent Dmitri Seluk.

But since then, Toure has returned to the City fold and is an important member of the squad.

And now Kolo Toure, the former Blues defender who has just won the Scottish Premier League title with Celtic, is hoping Yaya will go back on his decision to leave the international stage.

Ivory Coast are top of their qualifying group for Russia 2018, and Kolo said: "I think Yaya can still play in one more World Cup. …
