An autopsy will be conducted Monday after the body of a toddler was found outside an Edmonton church.

Police are calling the death suspicious and have made a public appeal for information to help identify the little boy, who was believed to be about 20 months old.

Investigators have also released surveillance video pictures of two persons of interest.

A man and a woman, both wearing baseball hats, can be seen pushing a stroller as they enter a store.

Police believe the boy was left in the area on Tuesday morning.

The body was found by a passerby on Friday. (13)

The nation's top banker likes what he sees in measures to cool the red hot housing market in the Greater Toronto Area.

The Ontario government has slapped a 15 per cent tax on foreign buyers, similar to one in Vancouver, in Ontario's Greater Golden Horseshoe.

Bank of Canada governor Stephen Poloz says he's pleased to see the measure, saying it should have some effect on runaway housing prices.
