WINNIPEG. x-13s. Manitobans who earn minimum wage may soon be up for a pay raise. The provincial government says a new rate to replace the 11-dollar-an-hour minimum wage is going to be announced in the very near future. Cliff Cullen, the minister for growth, enterprise and trade, says the government is also looking at a system to adjust the rate every year automatically.
