After hearing her music online The 1975's Matt Healy and George Daniel offered to work with Bain (helping with production on her first two EPs), and invited her to support them on a massive arena tour.

But with 2017 looking ever more like her big breakthrough year - she appeared on the influential BBC Sound of 2017 longlist - Bain is clearly ready to step out of the shadow of her high-profile cheerleaders. …
