REGINA. x-11s. Victims of a deadly school shooting in La Loche (LOSH), Saskatchewan say they're still not getting the help they need to heal more than 15 months after the tragedy. Charlene Klyne, a substitute teacher who was one of seven people wounded in the January 2016 shooting, says it's discouraging to have to fight for compensation. Deputy premier Don Morgan says Klyne should be getting help from workers' compensation.
