VANCOUVER. x-13s. After B-C's close election Tuesday night, all eyes are now on the 176-thousand absentee ballots that will decide which of six possible outcomes will become a reality. U-B-C political scientist David Moscrop says the election could end after the final count May 24th with a Liberal minority or majority, N-D-P minority or majority, or with one of those parties forming a coalition with the Greens. He says it's the most exciting B-C election in history.
