NAT132 - (ElxnBC) VANCOUVER. x-10s. For the first time in B-C's modern history, the fate of its election is in the hands of the 176-thousand people who cast absentee ballots. Christy Clark's Liberals are one seat away from a majority government and one riding, Courtenay-Comox, was decided by just nine votes after the initial count Tuesday night.
