LUCY Bronze believes City's all-conquering women's team can help England win the European Championship this summer.

The Women's PFA player of the year is one of eight Blues players heading out to Holland for the tournament in July - and she feels the winning mentality created by their triple trophy haul with City can be transferred to the international stage.

Bronze started off the scoring at Wembley as City won their first Women's FA Cup by beating 2012 winners Birmingham City 4-1. The victory was watched by a new record crowd for the final of 35,271 - over four times the crowd of 8,723 in 2012 when Birmingham won the competition at Ashton Gate.

Isobel Christiansen, Carli Loyd and Jill Scott also scored as Nick Cushing's WSL1 champions ripped Birmingham apart, even allowing for Charlie Wellings' goal. …
