PASTA WITH SPINACH, GARBANZOS AND RAISINS

Yield: 6 servings

8 ounces dry bow-tie pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 garlic cloves, crushed

1 cup canned garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
