NAT153 - (WEA-BC-Flooding) KELOWNA, B.C. x-08s. Cooler weather is in the forecast for British Columbia's southern Interior in coming days, and that's good news for people worried about flooding. The lower temperatures are expected to slow melting snow, which has swollen Okanagan Lake and other waterways in the region.
