WINNIPEG. x-08s. A Winnipeg mail carrier who discovered an unresponsive woman says he was asked to perform C-P-R, despite expressing concerns about white powder on her shirt. Corey Gallagher discovered the woman Tuesday morning in an apartment lobby while delivering mail and called 9-1-1 when she didn't respond. He told the dispatcher he was sure the woman had overdosed and had stopped breathing. A paramedic who came on the line told him to perform C-P-R, but Gallagher says he decided not to because he was concerned the white powder may be fentanyl.
